The code uses entries on or after this date (instead of just after) to avoid time-based issues.
Items once marked as duplicates (via checkbox or relation properties) are no longer considered for duplicate checking. To include them again, reset the state of the duplicate outcome property (set checkbox to false, or remove relations).
